Punch Lists
Land Park Handyman specializes in punch lists. The tasks around your house add up over time and it is hard to get on top of them. A great way to escape the feeling of being swamped is to schedule a visit from Land Park Handyman to get 5-15 things done in one day. It is not uncommon for us to repair a gate, a cupboard, a hole in the wall and install a ceiling fan all in one morning. Customers report feeling like a load has lifted off their shoulders. Is it time for you to have that experience?

Marc at Land Park Handyman was terrific. He knocked out projects that were on the list for a while. Especially excited about the dog door he installed in our wall. Looks great and our dog loves it!

Marc is fantastic! Gave him a list of projects, and he systematically worked through them- moving seamlessly from replacing switches, getting a door and gate to latch, moving a sprinkler and reattaching tile. He was quick to respond to my initial inquiry, and asked clarifying questions before sending me a quote. While working, he updated me on the progress and gave me options when they presented themselves. He kept my home clean, cleaning up after himself and wearing booties over his shoes. He also was nice enough to deal with my dog, who can be a pest. Marc is friendly, knowledgeable and very handy! I've already got another list of projects for him!
