The form linked below will ask you to describe all your projects. We will send you a rough estimate within 2-3 business days (or hopefully sooner). Then, you can review and accept the estimate, which moves us to the scheduling stage where we’ll book an appointment and sometimes ask for a deposit. We are often scheduled 2-3 weeks out, so please note if the project is urgent.

Photo requirements:
— Always include a “WHOLE-ROOM” photo, or “WHOLE HOUSE” photo if it is outdoors.

— Send photos of the specific hardware. You may need to stand on something or lay under the sink.

— Send the OLD and the NEW: example: a ceiling fan replacement requires photo of old fixture or ceiling box and link or photo of the new fixture’s box. Also, don’t forget the “WHOLE ROOM” photo!

— If something is broken, please get a few good photos of the broken part from all sides.

— Send more photos than you think necessary.

Projects we are unable to service: Large multi-day projects of any trade, adding new electrical, most plumbing-related work, large roofing or siding jobs, brick work, emergency services, tile work, power washing and gutter cleaning, appliance repair, motor repair, most furniture repairs, door or window installation, ceiling drywall repair, swimming pool work. Please find applicable tradespersons on this referral list
